All Time Auto Graphics Return Policy

All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization Number.
Contact us to receive a Return Goods Authorization Number and instructions
on how to return your item(s).

Item(s) must be returned within 10 business days from when item(s) is received.

Returned item(s) must be in their original condition. ( undamaged, uninstalled and unused).
You must include all paperwork and properly package the item in its original packaging
to avoid damage. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Your Return Goods Authorization Number must be clearly written on the Outside of package.
Item(s) without a return goods authorization number
will be refused.

We will Not accept returned item(s) or issue refunds or exchanges on any item(s)
that are damaged, used, incomplete or improperly packed.

Package must be inspected upon delivery.
If you receive your item damaged due to shipping, contact the shipping carrier
immediately and save all original packaging.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
If the mistake was ours we will refund the ground shipping charges.

No Returns on Special/Custom orders and/or Clearance Items.
